My name is Frank Vazquez.
Before becoming a personal trainer and part-time consultant in setting up a home gym, I worked as a software developer in an IT company for over 2 years. At the age of 19, I first tried doing a pull-up. I loved the feeling I got from pulling myself up. I felt an amazing rush of inner strength that got me hooked on building my physique but due to my job and unavailability of enough time to devote to my fitness.
Within this time span of 2 years while I was doing my job I develop a keen interest in becoming a fitness trainer. Eventually, I left my job in August 2015 and since then I am working on my goal towards fitness.
During these 3 years of training, I came across a very common problem that almost over 90% people are facing that is of little or no time for investing in their fitness.
So in November 2017, I decided that I will be doing every possible thing to make people’s lives better and then I came up with the idea of setting up a home gym. A gym at your workplace or at your home at the most affordable budget and with almost all the necessary best in class equipment for which even a small room is sufficient enough.
My goal is to give you the best tools and help possible that will help you improve yourself to reach your full potential. For me, working out is not just about fitness development, it’s about self-improvement, and it’s one of the best ways I’ve been able to connect with myself and become a better human being in all facets of my life.
Stay Humble, Be Positive, Support Anyone Who Decides To Put In Their Effort To Better Themselves. We ALL Started At The Bottom And Inspire To Better Ourselves. I’m IMPRESSED With ANYONE Who Decides To Challenge Themselves To Be A Better Person At ANY Level.
But people working out and devoting time to their body immensely forgot about their eating habits so here I will even help you follow your diet plan to become the best version of yourself.
The day when I had started my fitness journey I had been through a lot of ups and downs but till now I had already trained over 500 peoples. I had also help helped around 100 people in setting up their well-equipped home gym.
But I want to help people across the globe as thus I am here with this platform for all of you to pull out the fitness freak within yourselves.
Helping people empowering themselves with better fitness and eating habits is my only goal.
